Powell County Tourism Commission - Natural Bridge/Red River Gorge KY and Red River Chamber of Commerce present our first Community Job Fair! This event will take place at the Slade Welcome Center on Wednesday, February 19th from 2 pm - 6 pm.

A meeting of the Red River Economic Development, LLC Board of Managers will be held on Friday, January 17rd at 10:00 a.m. at the Powell County Emergency Operations Center, 33 Commerce Drive, Stanton, KY for the purpose of selecting a firm to prepare a multicounty tourism masterplan. This meeting will be open to the public. Red River Economic Development, LLC is a private, non-profit limited liability entity* formed for the purposes of enhancing the quality of life in the Red River Gorge area of Kentucky, promoting the economic and social development of the area, and to assist with the development of the area. Red River Economic Development, LLC has scheduled and posted the meeting to be open to the public on the above date.
